Nick as assisted immensely in the management of all of our properties in Hobart, with his extensive knowledge in the market, and experience in finding the best tenants for us, in areas which we were not familiar with. He has been very hands on, and takes on a very proactive approach, and his professionalism and honestly extends well above all of our expectations. We have been extremely pleased in working with him, and are very relieved that we have the best property manager in town. I only wish all of my properties across the country were managed by Nick!

To be totally honest, I find rental house hunting incredibly stressful - but meeting Paige from Ray White Hobart, and then working with her to organise to sign the lease on a lovely cottage, was a pleasure. It's a tricky time to be searching for a rental property in the Tasmanian capital, so my partner and I really appreciated her honest, efficient and professional assistance. She went out of her way to make it easy for us to secure the lease even though we were in transit interstate, and has been one of the speediest email responders I've ever encountered! This is the second time I have sought and thankfully so, Ray White to help manage my property. I thought the first time I was introduced to Ray White that I had struck tattslotto. Nick Auksorius is an exceptional property manager. My home was rented as soon as I mentioned that I would be looking for a tenant not long after I placed my offer on the home.
