Ive been very pleased with my experience with Nick and his team all round - has made the process easy and straight forward, particularly due to his strong knowledge of the market - he was instrumental in assisting us to find the right tenant, and also do all the right things to ensure a smooth and easy process, that was seamless from the moment we purchased the property. Nick is an effective communicator and a good operator, who is professional and very experienced. Could not recommend him enough.

Needed to find a tenant for our home in Lewisham, and was put in touch with Nick from Ray White. Right from the word go, Nick was helpful with advice and recommendations without being overpowering with the usual sell from agents you can get. I elected to go with him for his friendly manner and the fact that he did genuinely seem to know what he was talking about. Our home was soon on line and we had people interested very quickly. His colleague Paige took people through and at the first open day it was rented after the appropriate checks were done and in full consultation with us. Simple, easy and stress free, thanks guys.

We just bought an investment property in Hobart. At beginning we felt stressful as we do not have any rental marketing knowledge there as we are living in Melbourne. Through a friend's recommendation, we decide to choose Ray White to be our property management agency. we are so lucky that Paige is our property manager. she helped us to collect the keys from the selling agency, and did an inspection for us, so that we do not need to fly to Hobart to do these. she is always willing to go the extra mile to get the best outcome for everyone. Nick has made the appointment of a property manager very easy, being so genuine, helpful and friendly, not to mention how switch on he is with everything relating to property market and its management. I'd have to say, Nick tops it all in comparison, especially in his management of clients, efficient & succinct communication, coupled with his knowledge of the property market, I've never been so impressed before! There should be another crucial category on the Ray White's Hobart's skills & knowledge review, that is, Trust, because Nick ticked the Trust box - with 5 STARS as well, he is a true representation of how a Real Estate Manager should be. Nick has been a brilliant agent. Great knowledge of the market and professional. Very approachable and helpful. These are the things we were looking for in an agent especially as we were putting our home on rent for the first time. We had to move on a very short notice of about 3weeks and We were suprised that he already had an tenants ready before even advertising at a very good price. It made our move less stressful. Very happy with the service.

Nick Auksorius has made it really easy for me as a first-time landlord, and I would strongly recommend Nick and Ray White Hobart for new and existing investors who need personal, common-sense and helpful property management services. When my wife and I were making the decision to enter the investment property market, one of the key questions for us was "do we try to do all of this ourselves, or do we engage a property manager?" My son helpfully recommended Nick, saying that Nick had provided him with very good service and that I could trust Nick to do the same for me. We have had the privilege of working with Nick Auksorius. Nick has worked hard as our agent. We have been pleased that he is prepared to come to see us at times which we have requested. He has listened patiently to our expectations and given us excellent advice on how we should inter-act with our tenants. He has advised us on how we should equip our flat, how we should respond when things go wrong (fortunately nothing serious has!), and how we should relax a little and allow his company to handle equipment which needs programmed maintenance. We are impressed with the speed with which he has found us a tenant to move in after our present tenants leave - it is quite clear that Nick has been both caring of us and of the new tenant who clearly also has respect for him. We have been impressed by Nick and his professional yet humane approach as we were by Bec Reid who sold our son and daughter in law their present house. A company which has such individuals working for it is indeed fortunate.
