Lorraine is extremely knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to her work. She is great at communicating and updating the client, and in suggesting solutions when things can go wrong. I wouldn’t have anyone else sell my property in QLD other than Lorraine. Thank you again Lorraine!

I recently bought my dream house from then and can’t thank her enough:) They have helped me throughout and even after purchase:) spent hours talking to me and answering my questions too. Lorraine and Sally both are so nice and so easy to deal with. I have been referring them to all my friends. They respond to you immediately , go extra mile to help and resolve the issues. Kudos to both of you for answering all my silly questions and being so honest always. Best agents ever:)

Josh and Andrew put an amazing effort forward to sell my house. Other agents had promised but these guys took the whole experience into a new level, with multiple offers in no time at all with a fabulous end result. Could not recommend these guys highly enough.

Very pleased with Andrew's easy going, yet professional manner in dealing with the buyer and ourselves. He provided us with a realistic expectation, achieving a great result. Together with Josh, the guys had all the boxes ticked. The buyers feel the same with this experience. We chose Andrew and Josh because they were very focused on the area; their campaign paid off for us. If you are realistic about your selling price, the boys will get the job done.

Josh was very open and honest in his communications and his response to queries was very prompt no matter what the nature. Josh is a good listener this allows him to follow up on customers needs. Josh’s “sense of Self Efficacy “ allows him to be in a win/win situations .I would be happy to work with him again .

Josh was working under very difficult circumstances, Covid 19 hit us just 5 days after the for sale sign went into the ground. He ushered folk through our property two at a time seamlessly, we actually had fun and the house was never cleaner. Josh kept us in contact at all times we knew what was happening, who was coming and a quick summery at the end of each visit. Josh was very professional with his dealings with myself and the buyers, I have have tagged him on both my business website and email recommending him and his office, everyone gets a 5 star.
