Wonderful Agents

She is the best and only one
When we decided to list our unit and searched for a selling agent, Lorraine was the only agent who had a history of successfully selling units/apartments in our complex. There were other agents had "listing" of those properties, but basically NONE of them have been able to sell! Lorraine was a delightful person to deal with, her comprehensive knowledge of the local property market was top shelf. She is a very reliable person who keeps her word, if she says one thing, that is what you get, nothing else. She replies to you straight away. She achieved a good satisfactory sale for us very quickly. We have no hesitation to recommend Lorraine to anyone. We wish we had more properties so we could ask her to sell! Thanks again, Lorraine!!

Nothing is to hard!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin at an open home. The property was not suitable for our needs, however, he asked the right questions and thought about what would suit and that afternoon we had a call from his wife Mandy with a property to inspect. This was the beginning of a relationship that I have never experienced with an agent. Being an Agency owner myself I have had a lot of dealings with staff and salespeople. Mandy had the best interests of the vendor and myself at heart. She was very professional in all her dealings, always happy to help and went above and beyond what any sales agent I have ever met would do. I want to thank you Mandy from the depths of my heart for helping me find a place where I can rebuild my life.

A very quick sale!
We would highly recommend Kevyn and Mandy! They are both dedicated professionals.....Mandy was amazing, she organised everything (which is fantastic when you are busy)....she booked a company to partly stage our home (organised a quote at a very reasonable price)....the gardener....photographer....and had all the advertising ready to go when.....what do you know, Kevyn walked in with a buyer who bought our home BEFORE the house was staged, and before the gardener had arrived and photographer had taken any photos....and we believe, that because they know the market and were able to negotiate, we had a contract within 3 days. The next time we buy/sell we will definitely use Kevyn and Mandy.

Fantastic agents
Dear Kevin & Mandy, It was a pleasure dealing with you during the purchase of our property. As we are out of town buyers, we could not be there to organize inspections, check that repairs were done properly, the property cleaned, etc. Mandy facilitated everything on our behalf. She organized quotes, met the tradesmen at the property when needed and checked to see that the work was done to a high standard. Although Mandy insists this is just part of their service, this is not the first property we have bought and we have certainly not seen this level of dedication ever before. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again in future should the opportunity arise. Thanks again for your exceptional service, Mandy and Kevin!
