Josh has been very professional, whilst showing a significant amount of care, whilst dealing with us, regarding the purchase of our Hope Island property. He was proactive, knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. We would highly recommend Josh, for your Real Estate needs. Would gladly use him again, on future dealings.

Josh is friendly and approachable and always kept us up to date with communication. Josh provided advice and knowledge and assisted us through the sale of our property during a difficult market.

We purchased our land to build from Janet. So when we were ready to sell we went straight to Janet. Janet is professional and cares for her clients. A lot of our sale time was done remotely as we in Africa. Janet was patient with the delay to emails.

She went above and beyond our expectations in getting our purchase across the line. Lorraine and her team were always available with answers to any questions and can only be commended on their professionalism. I would not hesitate on giving a recommendation for anyone buying or selling

Josh was a very personable and professional agent who always answered and returned my calls. I'm a inexperienced first home buyer who needed a lot of questions answered and he was always available to assist whenever I needed it. I would highly recommend choosing Josh to sell your house as he always put me and my family first and is a genuinely nice guy.

Josh displayed great professionalism and accurate local market knowledge as he walked us thru the process of selling my fathers home. We found him to be very supportive and easy to communicate with. I would strongly recommend his services.

Lorraine is extremely knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to her work. She is great at communicating and updating the client, and in suggesting solutions when things can go wrong. I wouldn’t have anyone else sell my property in QLD other than Lorraine. Thank you again Lorraine!

Lorraine and Sally visited our home for appraisal. Their knowledge of the market and how to present our home to best capture a buyer proved invaluable and we sold our property in less than a day! They remained with us every step of the way ensuring the whole process went smoothly. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement and I could not recommend them highly enough to look after your real estate needs.

Thanks Janet for you taking the time and effort to give us an exceptionally smooth cruise from go to woe. It was a pleasure having you working the long hours that you do, to bring our transaction to a successful closure. We will definitely keep you in mind in the event of any future downsizing. You are certainly very dedicated in the position that you hold with Ray White. Thank you once again and please keep in touch, Cheers Maureen & Col

Lorraine and Sally took the stress out of purchasing our property. At no time did we feel harassed or pushed which is often the case with other agents. They were very accommodating and flexible with inspection times, knowledgeable about the area and immediately got back to us with any information we required. From the very first inspection to the handover of our keys the service was second to none. We would highly recommend Team Drysdale for any of your real estate needs.

Janet is approachable, hardworking and fair. She tells you the way it is and lets you make up your own mind. I highly recommend her as an agent regardless of if you are buying or selling. If you are after someone you can trust, who is honest and a great communicator in the Hope Island area she is the agent for you. Janet is not pushy and will not give you the hard sell. She offers her advice and gives you time to make up your own mind. This review was not paid for in any way. I just think she was great!
