Best agent in the area
Allen was referred by a friend after I lost hope selling my house. His team is very efficient, professional and hard working. Despite the difficult market with interest raising, Allen and his team persisted to find the right buyer. He is always there to answer my questions and concerns, he attended all the public and private opens. Thank you to Allen and his team for guiding us in the process of selling our home, giving us advices on other properties and the market. Fantastic result in a difficult market
My partner and I recently worked with Alyssa to sell our property and let me tell you, it was not easy. We were in a tough market and coming towards Christmas, I wasn't sure if the home was even going to sell. But thank goodness for Alyssa because she made the whole process as smooth as possible. Alyssa was a total pro from the start. She knew exactly how to market our property to potential buyers and used a combination of online advertising and open houses to get the word out. She also had a knack for negotiating and was able to get us a fair price, even in a challenging market. I really appreciated how Alyssa always had our best interests in mind and worked hard to make sure the sale of our home was as stress-free as possible. I honestly don't think we could have done it without her. If you're in need of a real estate agent, I highly recommend Alyssa. Gret experience
Allen formed part of the Ray White Hurstville team that sold my property. From the outset, Michael (whom I have already reviewed) and Allen impressed me. Not only did they have all the relevant statistics at hand, they also could handle all parts of the market as they have a multi-cultural team. They were honest and forthright throughout the campaign and arranged all aspects of the sale so that we were not left to our own devices at any stage of the selling process.
