Amazing work
Absolutely above my expectations. Allen Yan displayed a level of professionalism above the standards of a real estate veteran. With plenty communication and a clear and concise way of contacting him. You could see that Allen definitely put a large amount of effort into his market research with all the information which he provides. I would definitely recommend Allen to others.

Very helpful and accommodating

Exceptional professionalism

Great service and Customer Experience
I have had the pleasure of knowing Michael both as a person and as a real estate agent for a long time. When Michael put forward his pitch to market my property it was a very well thought out campaign. It was way above all the other agents that we contacted. Once we chose Michael, he guided us through everything we needed to do to sell the property and attain the best price. He had all the services we needed to make the property appealing to buyers. We didn't need to contact tradesmen ourselves, he had an experienced team on hand for all our needs. Once the property was ready for sale he gave us bi-weekly reports with the people who had come through the property and all the statistics from online views etc. The process we went through with Michael was seamless. He has all areas of the process buttoned down and ready to go for a very calm and pleasant experience when it comes to selling your property. Michael has a team of salespeople that speak many languages so that any non-English-speaking buyers feel at ease with the process as well. Our experience with Michael was fabulous, he is straightforward and has all the tools at hand to make your buying/selling experience as seamless, simple, and direct as possible.
