Michael took the time to get to know what we wanted in a house. Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, location etc. There was no pressure about anything he already had on the market and trying to persuade us. This led to a rare off market opportunity for both us and the vendor’s, in which we were able to make our dream purchase.
