Totally brilliant
I called Micheal with some interest in wanting to sell a block of land that was stagnant in terms of the market at the time. We entered no formal arrangement and I was happy to let things slide for a while. 12 months later Michael called with news of a potential buyer. I could not believe he had remembered our initial conversation and from there with swift and efficient action we had the block sold in days.
