My hole experience from the very beginning was not great. My last option was to sell due to major financial difficulties. This being know, I was spoken down to in a disrespectful manner each time. And to top if off, changes were made after agreements by other parties changing their minds and putting me in a very difficult position by Venya stating its my responsibility and at my expense. I had no choice but to continue without moral support.

Both Jackson & Aiden were fantastic & more than helpful with communication & response. Highly recommend them to everyone. I was disappointed in the way the house was left, not cleaned as I would have expected. The bathrooms still had mould on the showers, cobwebs everywhere, windows not cleaned, kitchen had grease marks all over the cupboards, hallway marks as though something has been spilt over the walls? Very disappointed!! We have just sold our house in Mackay & left it emaculate as what I would expect someone to move into. The purchaser of our house was absolutely thrilled with the excellent condition & cleanliness the house was for him to move straight in without having to worry about having to clean it. I am very house proud & expected not to have to thoroughly clean before moving into our new purchase.
