I cannot recommend Jackson highly enough. He met us at the property with printed maps, information and full details of the property. He drove us through the property giving us all the information we wanted to know and told me where to find all the relevant legislation regarding the location. He organised for us to have subsequent viewing to assist us with our decision and was always available when we wanted further info.

Jackson was a very knowledgeable, skillful and such a pleasant man to deal with. He simply could not do enough for you. I must say I would recommend Ray White to anyone that was selling a property as they have all the tools needed to conduct the sale.

Vanya is an exceptional agent. Extremely professional with a great positive energy and tells it like it is. It was an absolute pleasure selling our house through Vanya. We were updated regularly and Vanya was very easy to reach. Our phone calls, emails, questions were answered very promptly. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Vanya. If we were to sell again, she'd definitely be our first choice.

Neil was fantastic when I recently purchased a property! He is very knowledgeable, seems quite genuine and friendly.. not at all arrogant which I have found by other real estate sales people. Highly recommend in purchasing and will be contacting him if/when I decided in the future!

My hole experience from the very beginning was not great. My last option was to sell due to major financial difficulties. This being know, I was spoken down to in a disrespectful manner each time. And to top if off, changes were made after agreements by other parties changing their minds and putting me in a very difficult position by Venya stating its my responsibility and at my expense. I had no choice but to continue without moral support.

Both Jackson & Aiden were fantastic & more than helpful with communication & response. Highly recommend them to everyone. I was disappointed in the way the house was left, not cleaned as I would have expected. The bathrooms still had mould on the showers, cobwebs everywhere, windows not cleaned, kitchen had grease marks all over the cupboards, hallway marks as though something has been spilt over the walls? Very disappointed!! We have just sold our house in Mackay & left it emaculate as what I would expect someone to move into. The purchaser of our house was absolutely thrilled with the excellent condition & cleanliness the house was for him to move straight in without having to worry about having to clean it. I am very house proud & expected not to have to thoroughly clean before moving into our new purchase.

Ben was absolutely amazing. We bought a house during COVID, from interstate. He helped in in every aspect of buying a house and there was never an issue. He did not pressure us at all and made buying our first home as easy as possible. He guided us every step of the process and we feel so lucky to have him help us. Thank you for everything Ben. You are a pleasure to go through this whole thing with.

Easy going. Didn't feel pressured or manipulated throughout the buying process. Humored our stupid questions, Neil was informative and respectfull and this made the sale much easier than we anticipated. Much appreciation and many thanks.

I felt during the whole sale process he absolutely represent my interest. However he started his role not so long ago but he was grown up beside the best teacher and learn heaps before his start so, really proffessional
