Neil Mundy handled the sale of our property in an extremely professional manner. He stepped us through the whole process ensuring we understood the best approach to achieve the maximum price for our property. He personally photographed the property to provide a superb spread for the internet presentation. We only required one 'open house' to provide several offers. We accepted one offer which appeared to us to be the best fit for our needs. However this contract was terminated through unavailability of finance but Neil was able to obtain a new purchaser within a half hour of us advising him of the situation. At all times during the sale and settlement process he kept us informed of progress. He is empathetic and genuinely friendly person and we have no hesitation in recommending him as a superb agent.
