Neil Achieved the best outcome in the current market for us.
Given the current market Neil helped us achieve the best outcome compared to other agents we interviewed. Neil was able to communicate the positive potential in what our property has and was able to communicate that to prospective buyers. Neil helped with some minor things that needed to be done to finalise the property sale.

Exceptional Agent!
Vanya Dzumhur is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely professional, efficient and easy to communicate with. She had great knowledge of the area. We built an excellent rapport together. During the sale, Vanya listed the property on the Tuesday, and sold the property on the Saturday at the first open! She not only sold it but negoitated and achieved far more than we asked for. She followed up during the conditional period, and saw every deal to the end. A fabulous achievement. Will definitely be working with her again.
