Professional etiquette, direct and genuine, very prompt and helpful in queries. Follows through.

Jackie was always well presented and professionally polite no matter what was being asked of him. He is also genuinely helpful and communicates with sincerity, which is much appreciated in an industry where there always feels like there's the "Lemons problem". Jackie was transparent and assisted with swift negotiations that made this purchase smooth and as peaceful as can be. He would generally reply within a few hours unless he had meetings on, and would inform upfront when he's going to be away. Thank you Jackie for making the experience of interacting with a real estate purchase a positive, warmth-filled one and your genuine efforts in trying to help whilst being utmost respectful is really appreciated!
