We have had no contact with James Goldsworthy. Taylor Sierp was our agent and his manner and efforts and keeping up to date have been excellent. We realise we were selling in a difficult market and are disappointment with the sale price that we achieved. We have separated this disappointment from Taylor's efforts in this review. However, we reluctantly went to auction in the first instance on the agents advise. Our reluctance was based on a previous experience with an auction with a different agent. The outcomes for both were identical, so we feel that the auctioneers fee was a waste of money.

We dealt solely with Taylor. He was approachable, knowledgeable, easy going and was in constant contact with us throughout our purchase. As investors, buying a property sight unseen, Taylor gave us the greatest confidence and we absolutely trusted his recommendation. Great work Taylor !!

I found the experience of selling our unit smooth and problem free. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and while the selling price is never as much as you want I feel the final price was the maximum that could have been achieved in this economic climate. Overall a great outcome.

Adam keeps updated on people looking for houses and matches them well, so that our house sold very quickly, at a fair price, to people who will look after it as we did we trust. He communicated well, without being intrusive. We wish him well in the future and would recommend him and use him ourselves (should we ever be so fortunate as to be affording a house on the Beach).

Selecting the right agent is never an easy decision. Having developed a good relationship with our rental agent a very well known and prominent agent on the coast who did an excellent job managing our family home rental before deciding to put our house on the market. Looking around and to see who was the right agent led us to Adam Budd of Ray White Kawana. Adam previously trained our 2 children some 15 years earlier when he was a personal trainer. Big difference between personal training and selling houses? Well, thats what I thought? So here's the dilemma! Go with a prominent agent with proven results and whom's property manager gave exceptional service managing our rental, or the new guy on the block? We decided on the new kid on the block. Why?? The prominent agent was going to take our property on, however he had so many properties and spends a lot of time out of the country so the property would ultimately be managed by numerous staff. Adam loved our property the moment he walked in and and said I could live here my wife would love it. We dicussed our objective and price and he felt, but more importantly made us feel confident that the outcome was achievable though the price more to the top end of market for similar homes in the area. To our superise the house was on the market for only 1 day and a contract was signed prior to open house and unconditional within 10 days. A perfect result by all. Thanks Adam! So back to the question Personal Training and Selling houses not the same thing??? Well, when Adam was personal training our kids he took the time to get to know the kids, their likes and dislikes, what motivated them and what physical and and medical restrictions they may have. Adam only then did an individual assessment on each and came up with a completely different program for each. Adam does the research, finds out what you want sets realistic goals. Only then will he and you have the confidence the property will be sold for it's optimum.
