Excellent Result!
Emma made selling an otherwise diffult sell alot easier. She had to manage buyers, neighbors, tenants and me, the seller. Best of all she obtained a price that was higher than my expectations!

Professional, proactive communicator and thoughtful
We recently bought a property through Emma and during that experience as a buyer, immediately knew we wanted Emma to sell our home. It was important to us that prospective buyers had a transparent and positive experience, which is exactly what Emma provides. Emma knows this area well and built a sales approach around our specific home, target audience and required timeline. This plan led to receiving four formal offers after one weekend of home opens, we were beyond happy! Emma is a great communicator and kept us updated with all interest and offers during the process. She was transparent in her discussions with prospective buyers and allowed us time and space to make critical decisions throughout the process.
