This is the second property we have sold via Ben’s company.
Each time we have used Ben to sell our properties he has impressed us because his opinions and judgements are supported by market research. This research captures current and historical data. Modern photographic tools are used (eg drones) to enhance the presention of our property. He is persistent (and realistic) in his endeavours to achieve the best possible sale price. We have been extremely happy with the final outcome on each occasion.

Professional service with a positive outcome!
We recently bought and sold with Ben and the team at Ray White, throughout the process, Ben was professional, informative and got us the price we were wanting on both sides of the deal. Emma is a Legend.
Emma has some lovely traits, she is very cheerful, friendly and genuine, so much so that a number of my neighbors commented to me on how Emma brightened their day when she spoke to them. Emma is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate in the northern beaches and is an excellent strategist and negotiator to the extent that she was able to sell my property for more than I was anticipating despite it being a buoyant market. Selling my duplex property in Waterman's Bay presented some unexpected challenges relating to delays with the survey strata process. Emma patiently took those delays in her stride, was never flustered by them and was indeed a rock of support at times when those challenges were weighing heavily. I have no hesitation in recommending Emma to anyone considering listing their property and I will happily re-connect with Emma to sell other property in the future.
