From the moment I first reached out to Ben, until the time of settlement, Ben went above and beyond!! He was always willing to come around the house at short notice and talk through what needs to be done to get the house on the market. Based on his extensive experience in Sorrento he was able to suggest the best strategy and provide examples of recent sales where it worked. He was able to provide great contact details of tradesmen and cleaners to help with preparing the house for the sale. The marketing they did was amazing. He always communicated throughout the whole time the house was on the market and gave updates shortly after home opens. His knowledge of the Sorrento market is second to none. I couldn''t fault the service of him and his team.
