Emma has some lovely traits, she is very cheerful, friendly and genuine, so much so that a number of my neighbors commented to me on how Emma brightened their day when she spoke to them. Emma is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate in the northern beaches and is an excellent strategist and negotiator to the extent that she was able to sell my property for more than I was anticipating despite it being a buoyant market. Selling my duplex property in Waterman's Bay presented some unexpected challenges relating to delays with the survey strata process. Emma patiently took those delays in her stride, was never flustered by them and was indeed a rock of support at times when those challenges were weighing heavily.
