We listed our Sorrento property with Ben & Sarah after meeting them for an evaluation, they seemed very invested in the Sorrento area , very aware of the sales history of the area & were conservative in their estimation, not trying to blow us away with huge expectation. They were very patient with us getting the place ready for sale. After signing with them, they kept in close touch & once we had the first home open they were very quickly in touch with the days results, by the following Tuesday they were canvassing offers & after the 2nd home open had courted a very good offer, Ben did the negotiation for us to get a much better outcome than I had expected. He went out of his way to assist with addressing the defect list once we had accepted a written offer and received the building inspection report. I recently got Ben to sell my property after reading plenty of good reviews online. He was so easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and got me more than I was hoping for, we had a few good offers but he didn't push me to take them and we held out for a better offer which we got. My wife and I have met Ben on several occasions but never managed to work with him to buy or sell our home. Ben has always been a great person to deal with and very open and honest.
