Ben managed to negotiate an acceptable offer on our property within the first week of going to market. Our primary reason for selecting Ben was his apparent knowledge of the sales market in the area, which was demonstrated by the negotiated sales price. Also, importantly it was a pleasure dealing with Ben and his team - they were not only professional, but extremely pleasant, friendly and always available.
