Absolutely outstanding
From the moment we first spoke to Michele and Olivia about selling our house, we could not have been happier. The property preparation advice was perfect, the listing process was well communicated and straight-forward, the marketing campaign was excellent and, most importantly, Michele and Olivia found the perfect buyers at a price we were very happy with. We cannot recommend the Ray White Kiama team highly enough.

Caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable.
Our home was a huge emotional investment and it was a reluctant sale, but right from the start we felt we could trust Rob completely and we felt safe with him. Rob’s advice was always thoughtful and spot on. He looked after every step in the process. We were amazed at the behind the scenes work that goes in to selling a house. Rob devoted hours and hours to us and nothing was ever a problem. He is kind, genuine and very, very knowledgeable. We honestly couldn’t imagine an agent could be more thoughtful or professional than Rob. He turned what seemed a very daunting process into something that became relatively simple. He personifies integrity and decency. We will miss our home always, but Rob will always hold a special place in our heart for the way he cared for us and our home.

Fantastic Agent

Professional, caring, thorough with attention to detail
This is my second property Matt has sold. He is very passionate, caring and his attention to detail is amazing. It's all the little things that make a positive experience. Extremely professional
Robert was exceptionally thorough throughout the sales process. He listened to the needs of the seller advising of appropriate marketing strategies that could be used. He was open and honest while explaining costs and strategies to gain maximum value for the property. Robert communicated regularly via email and verbally, keeping the family abreast of all pertinent information eg. thorough verbal and written reports after open houses and private viewings. These communications were prompt, giving the family confidence in Robert's ability to achieve the best possible outcome for the vendor. The vendor was extremely appreciative of Robert's professionalism throughout the sale and the result achieved. I will highly recommend Robert to other potential sellers.
