Working with Kim and her team has been a fantastic experience. We were in the position where we wanted to purchase a block of land, however the purchase was conditional on the sale of our property. Then the buyer of our property also had a condition that they needed to sell their property to purchase ours. Kim worked through this three-way negotiation extremely well. The strong relationships she built with each party made it a very "human" process and everyone felt comfortable with the conditions. Kim really listens to her clients. She is calm and considered and takes all the stresses away. She really is an exceptional agent that genuinely cares.
