I would recommend Kim and her team to anyone looking to sell their property. Kim is very calming to deal with and has a very good process she uses. I found her approach in this sense to be very effective as I have a habit of questioning methods however quickly realised that Kim has a process that she uses and I would completely trust her judgement.
