Nothing was too much trouble, she was clear and concise with information and worked in to both our needs and those of the vendors. One of us was in Europe, while the offer and contracting was underway, we were also still juggling two states including having sold in Melbourne. Kim ensured we didn't have any added or unexpected stress from offer to settlement. We are extremely happy with the home we bought, despite Brisbane being quite an active market still for sales we did not feel unduly pressured or cut out - as had happened with two other houses we looked at first.
