We switched agents after 3 months and discovered Kim. Kim has a gentle, respectful manner. Her thoroughness and attention to detail in her initial discussions and paperwork was impressive as was the timing of the entry into the market with great photographs and description of the property and the local community features. We had some issues with the previous agent. Her manner is professional but also very warm and friendly so that a great ‘connected’ relationship developed. Feedback was always received in a timely manner and with a good level of detail. She was flexible in her approach and made changes to the timing of open houses in order to attract different buyers in the market. Her negotiation skills are excellent and she managed the process so that we, as the sellers, and the buyers were both very happy with the outcome.
