Costa acted on behalf of the executors of a Deceased Estate. The executors were interstate and relied heavily on Costa to provide updates as the Sale by Auction progressed. Costa arranged for the property to be cleared of furniture and effects prior to the Auction taking place. The Auction was a success and thanks to Costa the result was much better than expected.

I have interacted with Ferry for a few properties in 2021 whilst on my property hunt. For each property Ferry was very transparent in the vendors expectations of price, or whether to just wait until auction. This was a refreshing take as other agents can use offers against you. 5 minutes after the first inspection of the property we agreed on the price, pending legal reviews. I received confirmation that the vendor would sell at the price offered and 48 hours later contracts were exchanged.
