Lovely to work with, great negotiator.

We bought from Theo and also sold with him. As a buyer, you felt he was honest and pleasant to deal with, but knew he was doing his job to maximise price for his vendor. It felt fair, even though you knew he was a pretty good negotiator. As a vendor, his communication is off the chain. The guy never stops. And he's actually really pleasant. He doesn't come across like a cliched real estate dude. Hes empathetic with people's situations. He listens, and is flexible but also willing to state his case when he feels strongly about things. Best of all he gets results. In a challenging mid 2026 market he got a fabulous result for us. He ran an auction campaign which generated strong interest and led to us selling prior. Hes just great to deal with. High recommend.
