Sale of house 2 Orbell Street Kingsgrove 2205
Joe Pizzolato was the agent responsible for the marketing and sale of the above property on my behalf. He was provided me with very sound and accurate advice throughout the weeks leading up to the auction and during the 6 week settlement period. I found him to be very honest, conscientous and professional on all levels. He workd hard at marketing the property as evidenced by the price that it sold for - I am stil astounded at the result (20% more than I thought!) on the day of the auction. I would most certainly look to use him to again sell or buy a property.

Service and Honesty, "Thats what its all about!"
We found George and the whole Ray White Clisdells Bexley North team to be very professional in all aspects in the selling of my house. Would have no hesitation in recommending or using them again. George and his team have raised the bar on service and honesty, and I only hope some realtors will pursue the same characteristics and follow suit.

I Got The Price I Wanted
I dealt with a bad agent prior to enlisting George, the other agent kept talking my house down... I became disheartened and decided to pull my house off the market a week before Auction. After a time, I asked George Boghos to re-list my property and he listened to my requests and told me that he thought the price was realistic and he would try his best to get the result I wanted, he also gave me all the relevant information I needed about what was being sold around me and what a house like mine would be worth... A lot of people came through to inspect the property and I asked him to sell before auction if he could as there were a few people interested in my home. He did exactly that, a few days before the auction, I sold it, He notified the interested parties and requested they put in their silent bid and their deposit if they were interested and they did. I got exactly what I requested and I was so happy with that result. Thank you George for a job well done.
