I dealt with a bad agent prior to enlisting George, the other agent kept talking my house down... I became disheartened and decided to pull my house off the market a week before Auction. After a time, I asked George Boghos to re-list my property and he listened to my requests and told me that he thought the price was realistic and he would try his best to get the result I wanted, he also gave me all the relevant information I needed about what was being sold around me and what a house like mine would be worth... A lot of people came through to inspect the property and I asked him to sell before auction if he could as there were a few people interested in my home. He did exactly that, a few days before the auction, I sold it, He notified the interested parties and requested they put in their silent bid and their deposit if they were interested and they did.
