Experienced, effective, fair, accountable and community minded
Cameron sold our property off market for a price better than expected with a fair agent percentage. Communicating with Cameron was smooth and pleasant as he touched base with myself, our tenant and the buyer. Cameron's real estate experience ensured we negotiated a price and settlement procedure and time-frame honestly and fairly to all involved. It truly was a friendly experience. Best in the business! Professional. Friendly. Down to earth. Competent
Cameron is an incredible agent. We had tried to sell our property through another agent with no success. We saw that Cameron was the best-rated agent in town and decided to list with him. We also found out afterward that very close friends of ours had just sold two properties with him as we were giving him the listing. The sales experience proved why he is rated as the best in the business. We live interstate, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A smooth, uncomplicated and rapid sale.
I was given Cameron's name, amongst others, by Open Agent and after only a brief conversation with him appointed him as my agent. He is personable, has excellent communication skills and has a good understanding of the real estate market in Townsville. Additionally, he had useful experience of dealing with Defence Housing and his proposed advertising and remuneration package was very competitive. He dealt with some early curve balls from potential buyers and identified the most reliable one within only a couple of weeks of listing. He then efficiently shepherded me through the sale process with a minimum of fuss, liaising along the way with my conveyancer and negotiating a significant premium to the asking price. Overall, I could not fault his service and would not hesitate to recommend him.
