Nicole is genuinely amazing. As first time sellers we had many questions on the selling process throughout and Nicole was always so helpful and ridiculously fast with getting back to us, making us feel like our house was her number one priority. I knew within minutes of meeting Nicole that I wanted her to be our agent. She's so friendly, loves to joke around and super easy to chat to yet very professional. She's exactly the type of agent we wanted to have our potential buyers dealing with. Shes was very accommodating with working out times for open homes and and was always trying different ways to get the best outcome and as many people through as she could. One of my favorite things about Nicole is her work ethic and that she just took charge and did absolutely everything, while still keeping great communication with us making sure we were happy and feeling comfortable with everything through the sale. Pricing and Selling in Bowen Mountain can be hard as no two houses are the same.
