When we encountered challenges with the vendor on the day of settlement due to contractual obligations not being adhered to on the part of the vendor. Kat and the team ensured to liaise with all relevant parties to ensure the matter was handled and settlement wasn’t delayed. Unfortunately the vendor had left the property unclean and in excess of a small truck full of rubbish, broken furniture, food, miscellaneous household and personal items that needed to be removed. Kat and the team assisted with arranging removal of such teams and cleaning of the property. Grateful to the team for helping to resolve the matter professionally. Thank you for your assistance.
