Very happy
Ray White managed our house purchase and now is looking after our rental. We had a quality tenant within 4 days of purchase and everything has gone so well in getting a few things fixed in time. Scott, the rental manager for our property has been particularly helpful and knowledgeable.

Highly recommended - takes the stress out of moving!
I recently rented an apartment through Ray White and cannot fault their service. Scott Mitchell has been helpful and responsive but most importantly gets things done and delivers on promises. Having had terrible experiences with agents before I’m so pleased to have found this branch. It’s taken a lot of the pain out of moving house.

great agency
I asked if the land lord would paint a green feature wall the same colour as the walls or if I could paint it myself. The land lord agreed to paint the wall. When I met to sign the lease I discovered the whole unit had been paint. THis was a great surprise. It is great to find an agent on the side of the tenant. I have never rented before. I have always owned my own property. The Estate agent was very helpful

Had a property managed incredibly poorly for a few years through Ray White. High turnover in the property management team; poor customer experience for landlords.
