Disappointing
I have been with Ray White for almost 25 years. It was disappointing when in Australia in January I attend a open house to recevie3 feedback of a number of concerns about my apartment. All could have been resolved if I had been advised earlier. After 5 months of being vacant I am happy it is now leased. It should be a practice when owners are not local any feedback on improvements when a tenant is about to vacant should be shared, more importantly when inspection are occurring any themes should be passed along to the owner. Following my visit in January a number of improvements were completed, which occurred quickly. I would expect a more proactive approach from the team. Paul is aware of my concerns as I met with him in Janaury

Very helpful and efficient
Property manager (CW) was very good. Nothing was a problem and she dealt with any requests in a very timely manner. Liaised with tenant and myself to resolve any issues.

Great service of Kiran Bhandari
We had a few issues with the previous tenants leaving the unit with a few damages in the new unit in Magnolia that needed to be addressed promptly. We are pleased to report that the service of Kiran Bhandari was exceptional, with an immediate attention. All the issues were resolved in the satisfactory time frame and we appreciate his professional communication with the new tenants, insurance company and us. We hope that the service level will remain to be Ray White customer.

Scott Mitchell has been a great Property Manager. He goes above and beyond and communicates very well and is always contactable. Nothing is a problem for him and it's greatly appreciated.

Great Agency
