We knew Terry from the property we purchased before selling our house. We found him a pleasure to deal with, he was honest and didn't inflate our expectations beyond what the market was offering in our area. We had several offers on the house after the first open house indicating that we had hit the sweet spot with our price range. Whilst the offers were at the lower end of the range we were asking for Terry was able to negotiate the price into middle of our range within a couple of weeks. In total we had three open houses and sold the house in the third week, the price we got was slightly higher than what we had expected before having the houses evaluated by agents.
