Rebecca & I cant say thanks enough for your assistance with the purchase of what can only be described as our dream home. The vendors were obviously well informed by you and your team and presented a near perfect home which we could not buy from you quick enough. Terry’s support and contact with us was first rate. We were left in no doubt where things were at throughout the entire buying process. Even while he was away battling volcanoes, the dedicated team at Ray White Lara kept the wheel turning organising the many things that needed doing and kept in touch. Given it had been some 27 years since our last real estate experience, we were also very grateful for the one stop shop experience – the whole buying experience could not have been any easier. The best was to come, Terry met us at the house post settlement to provide the keys and we were totally blown away with what was presented, Rebecca was greeted by a beautiful big yellow bow on the front door, keys in a padded yellow box with a gorgeous Ray White ribbon, thank you cards from the team (when we are the ones to be thanking them) and a drink to celebrate our new home.
