Neil was very easy to approach and talk to. He listened and gave honest advice about the market and what it was doing and my place I was selling. Through the whole process he was only a call away even on the weekends or late afternoons and never I heard a bad word about anything during the process. Very professional and clearly enjoys his work with his passion showing all round. I've already recommended him to my Grandmother who is going to list her house in the near future. I first met Mark back in Nov 2010 when I placed my property under his manangment when he was running the rental division. I appreciated his honesty and straight up no BS. Later on he moved into sales and the replacement team led by Ami were great aswell. I was very happy to have Neil as my Agent. He provided me with a lot of knowledge re the way the market was going. I have never sold a house before so it was a very stressful time for me and Neil understood the way that I felt. Whenever I had any doubts he was there to suggest a solution and with his knowledge I was able to get through this time. I had two offers that unfortunately did not eventuate and then finally the successful one. He was very helpful in advising me how things were going regards to sales in Lismore, so I accepted and I was very happy that I had done so as I was eager to move to my new locality.
