We haven't actually met Neil- all of our communication was by phone and email which was in no way a problem. Neal was in constant communication with both ourselves and the tenants, no surprises and everything went smoothly for showings, open houses etc. All aspects of the sale were explained in detail, all offers presented in a straight forward manner, all issues handled very professionally and all details taken care of in a timely manner. It took longer than we expected to sell our property due to its unique character but Neal persisted and came through with a very satisfactory result. We would definitely recommend Neal to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in and around Lismore, his knowledge of both the area and the market are excellent!
