Terrible service
We have never been treated this way by an agent before. We have to write 2 or three times before we get a response for any kind of maintenance to be done. The worst of it so far is not having a working aircon unit in the house for 12 days and we still haven't got a clue when it might get fixed. It's been the toughest challenge to sleep at nights in this heat and humidity. We are very upset and will not be signing a new lease at the end of this term.

Very efficient service
Ashleigh and her team have managed my rental property for several years. As is normal with any rental property, various issues arise and they have been resolved very efficiently. Recently my long term tenants left without notice and this was quickly resolved with new tenants found and a rent increase of $20pw. I have another rental property nearing completion and Ray White Logan will be my first choice as a property manager. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided.

Ray White is very good with keeping us in the loop with working for us and advocating for our needs with what needs to be done to keep our tenants happy and quick response with out being taken advantage of with what doesn't need to be done and what does need to be done.
