Peter was unreal to deal with. Not only sold my house within a few days, for the price we wanted, but also personally did the gardens! That's right! Peter recommended some bamboo be pulled out and replaced with a garden bed to enhance the property. I was time poor so Peter and his wife personally offered do the work. And, to their word removed the bamboo and made the yard look so much better. If you want to be looked after by a local, Peter and his team at Ray White Long Jetty are your go to.

Peter was the sellers agent, we were the purchaser, so not engaged by us. Personally I havn't had great interactions with Real Estate Agents in the past however, I found Peter to be a no BS guy who although working in the sellers interest (ie Doing his Job) he answered our questions honestly and gave us space to make our decision and worked in well in regards to property inspections etc. I would certainly consider using Peter as a selling agent if we decide to re-sell in the future.
