Peter and his team at Ray White Long Jetty are a formidable sales team. We asked him for his understanding of the current market and Peter gave us detailed in depth view of where the market was at and what we could expect to get for our property. Peter came to us with an evidence based, highly detailed marketing proposal which made sense and was extremely well researched and thought out. What really set Peter and his team as leaders in real estate was his comms throughout. He was in constant contact on where we were with the plan and how he would execute his sales plan. Success comes from a well thought out marketing campaign targeting a wide catchment of buyers. Peter’s execution of his campaign was letter perfect. We had 2 open houses the first Saturday. 20 pax turned up. After which Peter gave a us a detailed opinion of each prospective buyer. Additionally, he was present for another 4 private viewings during the week. He then worked hard in his comms with each buyer validating their capacity. By weeks end he came to us asking to bring the auction forward 2 weeks. This was a masterstroke in the execution of a sales plan. The result was that we had 7 couples bidding for our property, the fierce competition was generated by Peter’s constant comms with each buyer. It was a master class in selling Real Estate. Peter achieved a stunning result of $180,000 above our reserve. Perry the auctioneer said he was speechless with the result. Truly a spectacular outcome.
