From my first interaction with Chris, he immediately stood out from all the other agents I had short-listed. He responded swiftly to my initial enquiry and by the time we caught up for a chat on the phone, he demonstrated that he had already done extensive research on our property. When we met a few days later for an inspection of our unit, he was by far the most well-prepared agent I interviewed. Chris is attentive without being pushy and was very patient with and responsive to all of our questions. As we had never sold a property before, he was excellent at listening to and understanding our concerns as well as explaining aspects of the selling process to us.
