Excellent Agent Throughout Selling Process
Chris impressed throughout. On initial meeting he provided market insights and ideas on selling approach. His timeline was useful and clear. He worked hard to coordinate the various preparation aspects e.g. maintenance, styling to ensure the timeline was kept to. When we moved into the open home phase Chris followed up interested parties diligently and provided clear summaries through the vendor reports. As we neared auction Chris gained realistic statuses from potential buyers and provided well thought out advice on approach to take. The end result was a really good selling price in challenging market conditions. Thank you Chris for all your hard work!

All that you want
Chris was great from beginning to end! Being new to sales Chris took the time to explain the process in detail without jargon. He took time to listen and understand what was important to us. Throughout his communication style was empathetic, thorough and informative whilst always real world. I believe that without Chris we wouldn’t have got the outcome we did in the timeframe. The best Agent
Prior to appointing Anthony as our agent to sell our home at 23/11 Amherst street Cammeray we had bought and sold 7 properties in and around Sydney so we had some experience in this regard.
