The organisation and speed with which things moved were amazing. Right from being involved with the current tenants and what they wanted/needed to be happy, to staging, to negotiating a 'before auction' sale. The staging and photos looked fantastic and the well written marketing went up so fast, we have no doubt that it was that, and the advice we received along the way, helped to sell the apartment at such speed. We were so happy with the negotiated price and thank Chris for his well managed maneuvering of the two parties to get both the buyer and seller what they wanted.
