Jake and his team were fantastic to work with. The whole process from first inspection of our property to the final sale before auction was meticulous and detailed. His integrity and honesty throughout the process was paramount. Jake’s knowledge of the local market we believe gave us the highest possible selling price which we were very happy with. He worked the buyers well. Our property had a tenant and he coordinated with the tenant positively so all inspections both advertised and private were seamless. Of course we spoke to other agents however Jake was the only agent we felt comfortable with and the only agent we invited to view the property. Jake will be selling our other investment property when it comes to the market.
