Professional, trustworthy agent who achieves great outcomes for vendors
I had spoken to Chris several times about selling this property and was advised to hold. On this occasion when Chris appraised the property because the tenant had left he believed that the market was strong and therefore a goodtime to sell. I value and trust Chris's market knowledge. Throughout the whole process Chris and his team were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I really like Chris's approach and the way he communicated who the potential buyers were and their feedback. There were two interested parties in the end and Chris kept me abreast of offers and final outcome. I believe that Chris did everyone to achieve the best possible price for me and this was inline with his valuation guideline.

Outstanding Service With Exceptional Results
Chris Girling is amazing! His knowledge of the market is impressive. He is realistic but also encouraging and reassuring, instilling confidence and trust. He demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills in that he communicates well, is a good listener, and is patient and supportive. With perfect timing and total commitment, he was able to sell our property pre-auction in one day, negotiating skilfully with prospective buyers and updating us regularly, and he achieved a result well beyond our expectations. Chris is efficient, reliable, responsive, and professional. He is also very personable, and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
