Market knowledge: Anthony has been working in the Cammeray are for years. His intimate knowledge of the local community is a great asset to any marketing campaign. He knows most of the neighbours and most of the buyers looking in the area. Preparation: Anthony works hard, and he brings with him a great team. He did an absolute great job taking us through all the details of the auction process so as no matter what happened on the day, we had a plan of action and would not get intimidated. His progress reports where well detailed and helpful. Trust: Anthony is an agent that proved we could trust. While I was a little sceptical with some of his recommendations early in the process (eg. marketing video, build and pest inspections), time has shown all his recommendations have made a material impact to our campaign and helped accelerate our results.
