Anthony and the LJ Hooker team did a fantastic job selling my property with very short notice. Communication and organisation from the team was excellent from the start getting the contract prepared and property marketed, through the inspections and as negotiations occurred. Anthony and his team know the market and the buyers and can clearly and calmly guide you through the sale process to achieve the best outcome possible. Things I appreciated most was the communication from the LJ Hooker team - they were onto every step before I had to ask, promptness of everyone involved from photographers turning up, the team arriving before inspections and phone calls being returned and the professionalism of the team in marketing my property, dealing with interested parties and keeping me openly informed.
