Ray White Macarthur Associate for a reason
If you go into Ray White Campbelltown office you will see numerous prestigious plagues with Brendan Lappans name on them. Having used Brendan twice in the past year I profoundly know why. Brendans key strengths are delivering on results, open and a honest communication and delivering on his words. Dealing directly with Brendan you can feel his sense of skill and confidence in his line of work. Brendan sold our first house in 6 hours of going live for the target price we were after. A true standout sales representative and incredible asset to Ray White Macarthur.

The terminator!
We did our research, under the current market conditions we knew that we needed the best agent and team to excute the sale of our home efficiently and fast. We met with some of the top agents in the area and Brendan we took a chance on. We are so glad we did! We are very happy with the entire process from start to finish. Brendan and his team at Raywhite were professional and transparent throughout the entire process. Brendan is extremely hardworking, genuine and honest person these attributes shine through to the buyers also. The communication from Brendan was phenomenal. He spoke to us everyday and kept us Updated, all feedback was formally documented and so were the offers. Brendan has systems set up in place so he can run his business efficiently and effectively. Brendan is the terminator! Ha! Our home was sold within the first open home and within 9 days on the market! he knows exactly what to do, you just have to trust the process!. Brendan was given a very clear directive, and went to work with his team immediately. Brendan backed up what he said he would do with actions, and worked hard with his team to produce a great result in a quick time frame. Professional and friendly!
Definitely recommend Sammy! He has been great to deal with from the get go. Very professional with a friendly personality and easy to talk to. Fantastic Agent

Fantastic Buying Experience
