Such a wonderful team!
Brendan and his team recently sold our property in Narellan Vale. From start to finish Brendan and his team were a real pleasure to deal with. Communication was fantastic and continued even after the property went unconditional. Recently we were contacted by a representative of Ray White offering us complimentary assistance in organising power and gas connections for our new property. Would definitely recommend Brendan and his team!

Knowledgeable agent, just not right for us
It is clear that Brendan is very good at what he does. He made a very good impression and maintained contact with us over six months until we were ready to sell. However, as first time vendors, we were looking for someone who was prepared to do a little more hand-holding as we had no experience being on this side of the table and felt perhaps communication about real issues could have been improved. We felt like we were in a constant cycle of being built up and then having our expectations managed down. It was clear that Brendan also had other responsibilities that may have impacted his management of our sale but his team helped provide additional support to get us the result. Overall, Brendan is a very nice guy and the team are Ray White are very dedicated.

As dedicated as they come.
Brendan displayed a great drive to sell the property we purchased. On the odd occasion that he didnt answer the phone he obviously had a series of prepared measures to ensure the client knew what he was doing and exactly when he would return your call. We had a slight miscommunication during negotiation where Brendan showed room for improvement. However it was a blip in his top drawer performance. Ps top 10 volume salesman..MACHINE!

Amazing service !
Julie was extremely professional, competent and always available at any time for us. Julie went above and beyond to assist us with this sale, and her skills at handling different clients was amazing. I would highly recommend Gary
Gary was an excellent agent and we would highly recommend anyone have him as yours. We had an extremely positive experience from the decision to sell right through to exchange of keys. He made sure all of our needs were met from helping tweak a few things for photography for marketing to ensuring we were happy with other agents presenting our house to others. He helped us achieve a great settlement and ensured we were able to move on and transition easily to our next chapter in life.
